        first edition. This handsome volume was produced to celebrate the groundbreaking of the National American Indian Memorial overlooking New York Harbor, a monument which was never completed. It documents a 1909 gathering of tribal leaders on the Little Bighorn River in Montana featuring several survivors of the Custer battle.
