Printed in black, sanguine, purple, blue, red and green inks on vellum. 14 full-page plates and numerous vignettes and border decorations printed in color, by Szyk. Folio, full blue morocco by Sangorski & Sutcliffe, cover gilt-stamped with emblem of a high priest holding the matzoh and Passover wine, spine gilt in 7 compartments, gilt turn-ins, doublures of mounted cream silk satin illustrated with Moses supporting the Ten Commandments, few very small marks on rear cover; original velvet lined 1/2 blue morocco folding case, worn and scuffed, label with lion's head emblem gilt on upper board, lined in blue velvet. London: Beaconsfield Press, (1939)

This copy additionally inscribed by Szyk to friends Minnie and William Salzman "whom I love so much" from New Canaan, [Ct.], 1950.
