Drayton," as SC Supreme Court Chief Justice, a writ ordering the sheriff to bring to the Court of Common Pleas John Stevens to answer to "Isaac Weatherley . . . in a Plea wherefore . . . the said John unlawfully broke and entered the . . . Plantation of the said Isaac . . . and did . . . cut down & spoil the Timber & Trees . . . ."
