This early campaign pamphlet was published by the prominent New York engraver John Chester Buttre. It introduced readers to the tickets of the four parties contesting the 1860 presidential race, with Buttre engravings of each; Lincoln's was taken from Brady's Cooper Union photograph. In the rear of the pamphlet, Buttre advertised a variety of his other political prints and pamphlets, including campaign ribbons and his 34-inch full-length engraving of Lincoln. Monaghan 74.
