Kitaj, and Larry Rivers; a 33 1/2 rpm recording of Ashbery reading the poem with a foreword and essay by Helen Vendler as liner notes, the album cover reproducing the 16th century painting by Parmigianino of the same title. All prints and 32 text pages printed on circular 18-inch (450 mm) sheets; laid into a stainless steel canister with a convex mirror on the lid.
