Half-titles. 12mo, contemporary 1/2 calf, marbled boards, rebacked with spines laid down, two morocco lettering-pieces, spines abraded with splits along joints and first volume with chip; only small corner remnant of front endpaper intact, with following blank (preceding half-title) and with 1 page publisher's advertisements on verso of final leaf, watermarks dated 1814 in first two volumes, occasional foxing, offsetting and browning, several leaves appear to be on slightly different paper, and have either been washed or supplied from another copy at the time of binding.
