Folio, 276x198 mm, late 20th-century blind-tooled calf by Philip Dusel in skillful imitation of a period binding, with large panel of intersecting diagonal fillets filled in with small ornamental tools on covers, brass catch and clasp; most leaves rehinged or reinforced in gutters, several small wormholes through most of volume generally not impairing legibility, first page soiled, small hole through [a]3 with loss of a few letters.
