Condition B+: repaired tears in margins; creases in margins and image; vertical and horizontal folds. Framed. Diez was a classically trained painter who studied in Munich. He was also involved in advertising art, furniture design, mosaics, frescos, ceramics and engraved glass. Inspired by Franz von Stuck, many of his early images were contemporary visions of classical Greek motifs.
