Additional Details

While perhaps best known for his train posters for The New York Central, Ragan's largest body of work was actually created for the American steel manufacturer, The Budd Company, throughout the 1950s. The ads showcased his supreme depiction of trains, as well as cars, and always featured the natural beauty of America's National Parks and other attractive vistas.
