Mostly World War II-era miltary album with more than 160 photographs of African American servicemen who are shown in various locations (none of them identified), as well as images of their families and friends. Includes photographs of new recruits, life in the barracks, rifle and cannon drills, parades, men working out, office tasks, and recreational activities; many pictures appear to have been taken in Polynesia and a couple show a barracks with signage reading "Lloyds of Harlem."
