(ALBUM.) Album containing over 350 autographs of politicians, Senators and Congressmen during the Millard Fillmore administration, including Fillmore, Sam Houston, Daniel Webster, Henry Clay, S. A. Douglas, Jefferson Davis, William H. Seward, Alexander Stephens, Andrew Johnson and many more, as well as a separate section of autographs of the members of the Virginia Constitutional Convention of 1850, including J. Y. Mason, Henry A. Wise, John Letcher and more. Mostly several signatures per page, but only one side of each sheet. Small 4to, contemporary morocco titled the Jenny Lind Album, quite worn, tape repairs; a few leaves detached but generally in good condition. Washington and Virginia, circa 1850-51

Appears to be a good percentage of the autographs of the members of the 31st Congress. The collection of the signatures of the members of the Virginia Constitutional Convention is quite interesting and is certainly an uncommon assemblage.
