Second edition. In 1818, the author came from Scotland and visited the Tuscarora reservation in New York near Niagara Falls (which he also describes briefly). Howes D560; Field 1340; Sabin 74653. None of either edition traced at auction since a Swann sale, 8 January 1970, lot 174.
