Tenth edition, and the final edition offered with deluxe with hand-colored plates. Henry Bohn, who had bought Catlin's publishing rights, offered a small number of special hand-colored sets of the 5th through 10th editions for 10 guineas each, in addition to the more familiar sets with uncolored line engravings. The editions from 1876 onward had the plates printed in color.
