Photographer Frank A. Rinehart (1861-1928) and his assistant Adolph Muhr were best known for a series of portraits they took at the Trans-Mississippi and International Exposition at Omaha in 1898. Their subject here, Afraid of Eagle, had been present at the Battle of Little Big Horn in 1876.
