Argues that "the American dominions of this kingdom were not inflicted as a punishment upon the adventurers to the new world, they were conferred as a favour upon express stipulation." Thus, the Crown should be able to recoup its investment indefinitely. Argues that any American who craves parliamentary representation is welcome to move back to England, where they can vote all they want.
