This broadside was issued by the New Hampshire House of Representatives, and begins "Whereas it has been determined by the General-Assembly to adjust and pay off to the Soldiers who have been enlisted into the Continental Army, the Arreages due to them." It requires that the various towns compile a list of their soldiers and the money already paid to each. Evans 16390; 2 copies in ESTC and none known at auction.
