Second edition, distinguished by the addition of a portrait of General Joseph Warren and an account of his death at Bunker Hill. Noted for its accurate account of the Battles of Lexington and Concord, with a listing of the names of the minutemen killed. The author is described as a Haverhill astronomy student, "now in the seventeenth year of his age, and has been a cripple from his infancy." This copy has one intact marginal inscription, but it is a noteworthy one: "March ye 17th the Brittish troops left Boston."
