Additional Details

The first article is a letter demanding "justice, bare justice only, for oppressed, slandered America" regarding "the case of Capt. Preston" and "the late murders by the soldiery at Boston." The Boston Massacre took place the previous 5 March; Captain Preston was acquitted in court in October, and the trials of his eight soldiers began on 27 November, the day after this newspaper was issued.

Also features an advertisement for the shop of Samuel Allyne Otis, who would later serve as the first secretary of the United States Senate.
