Cyril Eugene Baker (1914-1982) was Administrative Officer in the Astronaut Office of the Manned Spaceflight Center (today Johnson Space Center) in Houston. In attendance at his funeral in Pasadena, TX, on August 30, 1982, were many of the NASA astronauts from early manned missions whom he came to know through his work at the Center.
