WITH LETTERS FROM NEIL ARMSTRONG'S MOTHER (ASTRONAUTS--APOLLO 11.) First Day Cover, Signed by the prime crew members and Norman Rockwell, whose 1969 painting, Behind Apollo 11, is reproduced in color on the cover. Each signed near the relevant portrait (left to right: "Neil A[rmstron]g," "Buzz Aldrin," "sincerely / Norman / Rockwell," and "M[ichael]Collins"). With a 10-cent air mail "First Man on the Moon" postage stamp, cancelled in Washington on the date the stamp was issued, September 9, 1969. 4x9½ inches; collector has neatly written a caption and his mailing address along lower edge.
