This family of performing aeronauts included Thomas F. Grinley, his wife Rhoda M. Grinley, and her brother George Lewis. Includes an illustrated broadside for a grand balloon ascension and other entertainments, 12 x 6 inches, Mecca, IN, 6 August [1897] 2 different examples of illustrated letterhead, one for "George A. Lewis, the Daring Aeronaut" (partially used in 1899) and one for "Grinley's Great Western Balloon Co." Pair of illustrated envelopes, for "G.E. Lewis, Aeronaut" and "Lewis & Grinley, Aeronauts" and an 1893 business card for Grinley's Great Western Balloon Company.
