An album from the Hudson Coal Co., detailing its safety record, employees, and infrastructure with more than 150 photographs.
Includes imagery of the Baltimore breaker, portraits of the company's employees (many in mining gear, some in office wear), a few images of the mine interiors, and others commemorating safety awards. Silver prints, most images measuring 3x2 to 3x4 1/2 inches (7.6x5.1 to 7.6x11.4 cm.), a few larger, mounted recto only in photo corners, nearly all with captions, in ink. 4to, cloth album with a title label, worn and backstrip split; split-pin binding, defective. 1948-54

WITH--Group of 3 small snapshot albums. Each with additional photographs, for a total of more than 15, including both portraits and the industrial setting; a couple earlier (1930s) loose prints and negatives also laid in. 1955
