Scarce atlas illustrating the geographic development of Berlin from the late middle ages through the turn of the nineteenth century. The present copy varies by comparison to that of the Landesbibliothek Berlin with several maps surrounded by vignettes of aquatint views of the city and engraved portraits of early Kurfürsten, (electors or nobility) most notably Frederick I of Prussia. Survives in its wonderful original condition.
