A powerful poster, which was very likely produced by the Wings Collective, and/or ARM (Artists Revolutionary Movement) in New York City. Both were working to defend the Panther 21. "Dhoruba"--the African name of Panther Frank Moore--appears in the lower right corner (though not the artist), together with: 'N.Y. 21 ARM.'
