A set of 4 limited-edition fine art prints created to benefit the Huey P. Newton Foundation. Each is centered around a similar group of four faceless Panthers in berets with linked hands, titled "In the Beginning," "Their Concepts," "Public Enemies" (with rifle sights aimed at each of their heads), and "Legacy Continues" (with sacks of groceries). The artist was born in 1943, and was raised in Harlem. Provenance: From the estate of David Hilliard, founder of the Huey P. Newton Foundation and leader in the Black Panther Party.
