The Peace and Freedom Party was a new party formed in 1966. Though not directly affiliated with the Black Panthers, they nominated Eldridge Cleaver as their first presidential candidate for the 1968 election. He was not technically eligible, as he was then under the age of 35. Offered here are two different 4-page leaflets on newsprint, "All Power to the People" and "Peace & Freedom Party Presidential Ticket," extolling all of the party candidates in California and Washington states respectively Illustrated smaller 4-page leaflet, "Huey Newton for U.S. Congress, Bobby Seale for State Assembly" Poster, "Mass Rally & Open Convention . . .
