This pamphlet was apparently produced jointly by the Washington branches of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee and the Black Panthers. It offers advice on legally avoiding the draft, pointing out that "a black soldier is 100% more liable to be killed in Vietnam than a white soldier is." It cites a "recent" Washington Post article from 2 April 1967, placing this pamphlet very early in the history of the Panthers; the Panther logo is featured on the final page.
