Additional Details

Frank Ferguson Bluff was a skilled amateur photographer, having worked for seven years in the finishing department of a photographic studio as a young man. He made his living as head of the Toledo Artificial Limb Company, but clearly had an ongoing interest in photography, and a number of the images are quite striking.
