An album with 7 photographs depicting interior views of the residence of W.H. Nichols, at 353 Clinton Avenue, Brooklyn, New York. The images include the main hall, receiption room, drawing room, library, an unidentified living room, dining room, and butler's pantry, each an ornate, detailed space. Albumen prints, 7 3/4x9 1/2 inches (19.7x24.1 cm.), and slightly smaller, and the reverse, each with the photographer's imprint (with his address and an insignia representing an award given to him), and all but one with the name of the room and the address, in ink, on mount verso. Small oblong folio, gilt-lettered leather with marbled endpapers. Circa 1876
