New World National Bank was launched in 1975 as Pennsylvania's only Black-owned full-service commercial bank. It was absorbed by Lincoln National Bank in 1987. None of the bank's material appears in OCLC. This collection includes bank ephemera from several different depositors, including:

An illustrated promotional brochure titled "The New World National Bank, a Bank You Can Own." 8 pages, 11 x 8½ inches; stock application completed in manuscript on final page, 28 January 1975.

Savings account record book, 6 x 3¼ inches, filled out with depositor's name and 3 pages of deposits, withdrawals and interest, 1975-1977. None traced in OCLC.

3 stock certificates issued to members of one family, 8½ x 11 inches, each signed by chairman and cashier, 1975 and 1977; plus a related transmittal letter.

Blank application form headed "New World National Bank is Now Open to Serve You," 11 x 8½ inches.
