The postcard features an exterior view of the hotel, with interior views of staff and customers in the bar and restaurant. The hotel is listed in the 1956 Green Book on page 34, at 4267 Delmar Boulevard. It also appears in the 1963 Bronze American National Travel Guide (see lot 84), page 77.
