Bound volume contains 11 wood engravings by Alan James Robinson, printed French-fold on Rives Lightweight paper. 8vo, full black leather bound by gray parrot with an original bas relief paper sculpture of the cat (after one of the engravings) mounted to front board, suede endpapers. A separate 1/4 gilt-lettered leather chemise contains three suites: one with a set of 12 original watercolors, another with 10 A.P. plates, and the third with a collection of 27 rejected and unsused proof plates. All Signed by Robinson. Book and chemise laid into custom 1/4 gilt-lettered black leather and oatmeal cloth folding box, rear corner separated and one bump to inside corner. Printed by Master Printer Harold McGrath at Hampshire Typothetae. The total edition was 325 and only a few were bound in deluxe bindings by Gray Parrot.
