scarce expanded musical version of the famous sixpenny toy book. Perhaps intended as the first in a series of new versions of the famous Walter Crane's Toy Books, this juvenile play contained lyrics by Routledge and music by Parker. It sold for a shilling; and apparently did not sell well, as no other title was issued in this format. With Crane having cut his ties with the sixpenny series, this book was likely issued without his permission or knowledge.
