Dime-sized stain to rear cover; spine panel with shallow nicks to head and foot; page IX numbered, publisher's prospectus laid-in. (1924) Winnie-the-Pooh. Boards slightly bowed; jacket chipped at spine head with loss of title, "139th Thousand" indication on rear flap; minor cockling to endpapers. (1926) Now We are Six. Small blemish on front cover; jacket with small chip to spine panel head with letters unaffected; small closed tear to front flyleaf, semi-circular dampstain to front and rear endpapers with corresponding narrow ink bleed confined to pastedown extremities.
