Traslaviña, the recipient, was a cavalry officer in Chile. Illustrated with 5 full-page color illustrations in color and gold of the arms of the Traslaviña, Garay, Otañez, Mollinedo, and Santelizes families, and one full-page decorative seal and signature of Guerra as author. Two related paper documents appended to the rear of the volume are dated 1571 and 1738.
