Highlights include Malcolm X addressing a large rally in Harlem, 29 June 1963 Marchers at Selma's Edmund Pettus Bridge on the anniversary of King's assassination, 4 April 1969 and Tommie Smith and John Carlos giving their famous Black Power salutes at the Mexico Olympics, 17 October 1968. Lowlights include two shots of segregationist restauranteur Lester Maddox, and a Georgia KKK induction from 1965. Many of the images are from various protests in Mississippi.
