A ballot for the 1861 Confederate presidential election, in which Jefferson Davis and Alexander Stephens ran unopposed and won 97% of the vote. This ballot lists delegates from 18 Virginia counties, including 4 from loyal Union counties which would soon split off to form West Virginia (Harrison, Monroe, Mason, and Ohio Counties).
