Boggs. "WRBoggs / Brig Gen&ChfofStaff," to General Sterling Price, explaining that Colonels Tyler and Claiborne are to report to him, and conveying the Commanding General's [Edmund Kirby Smith] recommendation that Tyler and Claiborne be given commands of brigades.
