This unit was possibly among the returning Massachusetts troops which had helped take Acadia two months previously. It was led by Captain Enoch Hunt (1652-1712) and included 4 of his family members. Published in the 1918 History of Rehoboth, pages 153-4, as 'an old manuscript dim with age."
