This copy used in evidence as Exhibit C1 in a legal suit by Richard Curle against the publisher Myers. The slip mounted on the front cover of the volume was attached and Signed by the Commissioner of Oaths, testifying that it was presented by Curle as evidence in his case. A peculiar piece of Conradiana to say the least.<
