Silver prints, the images measuring 9x2 3/4 to 9 3/8x4 inches (22.9x7 to 23.8x10.2 cm.), two sheets slightly larger, each with a Guggenheim Museum exhibition label (three labels are cropped and display incomplete information) and one complete with Brâncusi's credit, the title of the work, the date of the work, and additional exhibition information, on verso. 1955
The photographs depict installation views of four of Brâncusi's sculptures for the 1955 exhibition of his work at the Guggenheim. The exhibition, which opened on October 26, 1955, was the first major museum exhibition of Brâncusi's work.
