Oblong 8vo, accordion-style folded leaves, each with a number of label samples; housed in the original cloth slipcase with gilt-lettered cover identifying the firm. 1930s
Sonbernheim, Garmany was a center for knitting mills and the Marum family was prominent in the town. The family mills flourished from the 1830s-1930s. With the rise of National Socialism, the family fled to the United States where it opened new mills and prospered.
