A pictorial extravaganza of small-format publications issued to police officers. The Parole booklet contains 151 images; and the Cleveland pubs have 107 and 104 mugshots, respectively. Beyond the usual assortment of pimps, pushers, prostitutes, and thieves was Cleveland's very own mobster Shondor Birns, who was later killed in a car bombing.
