(CRIME--LAS VEGAS) Publication entitled List of Excluded Persons. Issued by the State Gaming Control Board, with halftone illustrations of mugshots and snapshots depicting the most nefarious figures in organized crime. The popularly known Vegas Black Book was published after Nevada attempted to clean up gambling operations throughout the state. Legislators enacted statutes that required "exclusion, ejection of certain persons" from licensed gaming establishinments. The men banned were Marshall Cafano, Carl James Civella, Nick Civella, Louis Tom Dragna, Louis R. Romero, Sam Gianeana, Alvin George Kaohu, Wilford Kalaauala, and Joseph Sica.
