Additional Details

first english edition in original weekly parts in uncommonly good condition. As Cohn notes, because the wrappers were printed on paper of poor quality, copies in good condition are difficult to find. The only parts issue of the novel; "one of the scarcest forms of the story," and "excessively rare" (Books and the Man 96). Cohn 777.
