first edition of one of the rarest periodicals illustrated by cruikshank, seldom found complete. This set contains the rare twelfth volume of which only a few numbers were issued, owing to lack of subscribers; also Volume 10 with the rare suppressed plate "A Financial Survey of Cumberland, or Beggars Petition" which appears in this set in both the covered and un-covered state.
