Including candid portraits of such figures as Thelonius Monk, The Beatles, Diana Vreeland, Georgia O'Keeffe, Andy Warhol, Francoise Gillot, Lyndon B. Johnson, and Alexander Nureyev as "Lucifer." Silver prints, the images measuring 5x9 to 9x11 inches (12.7x15.2 to 22.9x27.9 cm.), each with Gotfryd's signature and many with captions, in pencil or ink, and a few with his hand stamp, on verso. 1950s-70s
