Includes 7 passenger lists (1914-1929) 7 abstract logs (1933-1948) 4 menus cabin class deck plan (April 1936) and a nice group of pamphlets and related promotional materials. The quadruple-screw "Aquitania" was one of the most illustrious ships in the Cunard fleet. She began service in 1914. She served as a troopship and hospital ship during World War I. Passenger service began again after the war but she returned to being a troopship when the Second World War began. After the cessation of hostilities, she very briefly resumed her trans-Atlantic service. She was scrapped in 1950.
