Additional Details

Number 167 of 310 copies. An early copy of Rojankovsky's coveted Art Deco erotic portfolio of plates that depict the amorous adventures of a john and his French mistress from the Paris Metro, to a taxi, and finally to their hotel room. The Latvian-born Rojankovsky, the Caldecott award winning children's book illustrator, spent much of his early career working in Paris, often creating anonymous works of erotica. The original edition of this portfolio was printed in Paris by EPS in an edition of 516 copies.
