This attractive presentation features the text in small calligraphic text (engraved by C. Craske), the signatures in facsimile, and an elaborate border by W. Momberger with state seals, patriotic emblems, and Trumbull's representation of the signing. Top and center is a rendering of the yet-unbuilt "National Washington Monument," a variant of Bidwell's main entry featuring Independence Hall. Bidwell 29n.
